This Level 3 Award in Food Safety is designed for anyone working in a catering, manufacturing or retail setting where food is prepared, cooked and handled. It focuses on the needs of food handlers in the catering and hospitality sectors.
The food handlers' role, hazard identification and controls, record keeping and reporting procedures are all highlighted in this course.

Maximum 16 Candidates: £440.00 for group booking + £10 per person for exam and RQF
(Regulated Qualification Framework) Accredited Certification.

*All candidates who have taken the Level 3 Award in Food Hygiene are recommended to take a half day refresher course annually.*
