The Food Standards Agency (FSA) in conjunction with DEFRA introduced new allergen labelling laws in December 2014.
The most important change is that you will need to supply information about any food that you offer which contains one or more of the top 14 allergens.
This course will equip your staff with the knowledge of the top 14 allergens, reactions they can cause and how to prevent cross contamination with the preparation and serving of food.
